Community Cacao Circle

Welcome to a gathering of connection & healing through song, movement & prayer

At the end of May, when summer is just around the corner, we invite you all to come together in community; to pray with the sacred medicine of Cacao, and to connect deeper with ourselves, with our brothers and sisters & with life itself

Come as you are, and allow yourself to be present with whatever is moving through you. In this Cacao circle we use our breath, our voice & our body to open up, to explore, to release, to heal & to celebrate life with all of its colors. Through somatic practices and voice work we peel off what no longer serves us, and open up to receive the blessings of summer  We support each other by holding the space together, with love & compassion.

Cacao is an ancient drink that has been used in rituals & ceremonies for thousands of years, being revered as a heart opening medicine that strengthens the connection to Self, to Mother Earth, and to the Divine. We are blessed to have this beautiful plant available to us in this circle. Gifting us her gentle, feminine & nurturing essence, guiding us through a journey of self-exploration and expansion.

Beautiful Rakas Kakaw cacao will be served by Helena who will hold the space together with Lotta, both members of AjanUni Ry.

Bring your instruments if you wish, a water bottle, your favourite cup for cacao, and plant based snacks for the shared snack table. We offer herbal tea during the circle, after we have had our cacao.

CANCELED!!! Cacao & Dance event 19.4.2026

About the DJ:
DJ Karlos weaves hypnotic journeys through a dynamic blend of deep, atmospheric and rhythm-driven music, drawing from downtempo, ambient, psychedelic and global influences . His sets unfold as immersive, rhythmic meditations—blending organic grooves, ethnic influences and subtle psychedelic textures into a flowing, ceremonial soundscape that can gently build into moments of higher energy and intensity. With over a decade behind the decks, Karlos brings a musician’s sensitivity to his craft, guiding listeners into movement, presence and inner exploration.

Connection.JPG

As the light grows after the spring equinox, we gather to connect, soften, and sing. Together, we create a safe and grounded space to move into honesty, presence, and meaningful connection. Our March event will be all about connection and authenticity. The heart of the afternoon is an Authentic Relating workshop, supported by meditation, relaxation, and a song circle.

What the afternoon includes:
• Gentle arrival and grounding meditation
• A guided Authentic Relating journey
• Tea and snack included
• Deep relaxation to integrate the experience
• A heart-opening song circle with sharing

Authentic Relating is a guided interpersonal practice that helps us explore honest expression, deep listening, and present-moment connection. This event is for anyone curious about authentic connection — whether you are new to Authentic Relating or already familiar with the practice.

Guides
Mikael guides the Authentic Relating session. He is a solution-focused coach, NLP Trainer, and Authentic Relating facilitator. Mikael combines clarity, psychological insight, and warmth in his facilitation. In this workshop, he creates a structured yet relaxed container where honest connection can safely unfold.
Lotta will guide the meditation, relaxation, closing song circle and sharing. Her work as a therapist and yoga teacher is rooted in deep personal awareness practice and studies across psychology, philosophy, yoga, NLP, and traditional shamanic approaches.

Early Bird ticket: 44 € / members 33 € (Available until Mar 15th)
